The Best Place to Live
The Grove at Waterford Crossing is the best place to live if you are looking for a great staff, nice apartments and perfect ... location. We are so sad to leave, but we had to relocate due to a growing family to be closer to our family. The staff here had our back 100% of the time, and every single request we put in for maintenance was addressed within an appropriate time. If there ever was a hiccup or something we needed sooner, my husband would ask the maintenance guys directly and they would get us whatever we needed. They were always so helpful. The entire office staff is great, but specifically Kelsey is wonderful! She was there from the beginning to the end for us, and she was always so professional, kind and helpful. I am so thankful we found this apartment complex, and we enjoyed 2 wonderful years of our life here. Thank you to the Grove Staff for making our 2 years so enjoyable! My boyfriend and I have lived at the Grove for a year now and couldn't be happier with our living situation. Maintenance ... completes work orders so quickly and does an amazing job. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. We live on the third floor so we don't ever worry about noise. The only times we've had to park a little farther is when we get home super late and even then its not too far. The apartment/complex is beautiful and kept up well. We love using the car wash/vacuum station, pool, and workout room. We thought about moving closer to Nashville, but decided we had to renew our lease, because we couldn't find a better apartment.
